• Creating a service request

• Publishing an event, blog post, article, or promotional feature

• Posting a property, job listing, or webinar

By submitting content for publication, you provide your explicit consent for us to process and display your personal data as outlined in this agreement.

We collect personal data necessary to create and maintain your listing or submission. This may include:

• Business or professional profile details

• Project, publication, or service information

• Visual or descriptive content provided for public display

Your information is published publicly on ConserveConnect to allow visibility and engagement within the heritage building conservation and restoration community.

All users must confirm that the information provided is accurate and that they hold the appropriate rights to publish any associated content, including images, trademarks, or branding.

3. Public Visibility and No Data Sharing

Your submission will be publicly accessible on our platform and may be featured within associated content or summary sections for visibility. However:

• We do not share your personal data with any third parties.

• We do not sell, lease, or repurpose your personal data for any unrelated purposes.

• We will not use your information beyond its original purpose without your further consent.

4. Data Retention and Withdrawal of Consent

Your content will remain published on ConserveConnect only while:

• Your listing, post, or submission remains active, or

• You have not withdrawn your consent

You may request the removal of your content and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at team@conserveconnect.com. Upon receipt, we will:

• Acknowledge your request promptly

• Remove your listing and delete personal data without undue delay
