By submitting a service request, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this agreement, which work alongside the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Conservation Directory. These combined policies ensure that both clients and service providers engage in a trustworthy, secure, and professional environment dedicated to the conservation and restoration of heritage propertie

This Service Request Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for submitting a service request to the Conservation Directory. By submitting a service request, you (the "Submitter") agree to comply with the following terms. This Agreement is mandatory for any service request listing to take effect on the Conservation Directory platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a service request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by:

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the removal of your listing without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to submit a service request.

• You agree to act in good faith and maintain professional conduct when interacting with listed professionals.

5. Review and Approval Process

• All submissions are subject to review by the ConserveConnect team.

• We reserve the right to approve, edit, or reject any submission at our discretion.

• Approval of a service request does not imply endorsement by ConserveConnect.

6. Fees and Payments

• Basic service request submissions are free unless otherwise specified.

• Any paid features (e.g., featured listings) will be clearly outlined at the time of submission.

• Fees are non-refundable once the listing is live.

7. Data Privacy

• By submitting a service request, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Conservation Directory is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from engagements between clients and service providers.

• Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Confirmation of Agreement
