ConserveConnect connects conservation professionals, craftspeople, specialist firms, suppliers and organisations with people looking for the expertise needed to care for historic buildings.
All membership plans provide a professional presence within the network. Standard and Premium membership add greater access to project opportunities, visibility and platform features.
Membership determines platform features and access to opportunities. It does not determine ConserveConnect vetting, recognition or badge eligibility.

Recognition badges cannot be purchased and are independent of membership level. Basic, Standard and Premium members may receive relevant badges where ConserveConnect considers that the applicable published criteria have been met.
Purchasing Standard or Premium membership does not confer verification, recognition or any particular badge.

HERITAGE PROPERTY LISTINGS
Heritage properties need more than conventional sales particulars. ConserveConnect provides a dedicated place to present a building's history, significance, condition and potential alongside the opportunity to secure its future through conservation, restoration and sensitive reuse.
Listings are suitable for historic homes, endangered buildings, restoration projects, community assets and other significant heritage properties offered for sale, transfer or sustainable reuse.
All Heritage Property listings are subject to ConserveConnect's conservation and editorial standards. Payment for a listing does not constitute endorsement of a property, development proposal or planning application.

CONSERVATION FIRST
ConserveConnect supports repair, restoration, sensitive adaptive reuse, responsible stewardship and community-led approaches to historic buildings. We do not operate as a neutral advertising platform for development proposals that conflict with these principles.
All submitted properties are reviewed before publication. ConserveConnect may decline, amend, suspend or remove listings that are inconsistent with the conservation purpose of the Heritage Properties section.
Appropriate properties may be submitted by owners, selling agents, auctioneers, heritage organisations, Building Preservation Trusts, community organisations and other authorised representatives.
ConserveConnect also publishes selected properties identified by recognised heritage and conservation organisations where doing so can help bring greater attention to a building in need of a secure and sustainable future.
Submission does not guarantee publication. Every Heritage Property listing remains subject to review and the Heritage Property Listing Policy.
Professional Membership and Heritage Property Listings serve different purposes within ConserveConnect.
You do not need a paid Professional Membership in order to use an appropriate Heritage Property listing plan.
Where relevant, ConserveConnect may assign editorial labels or badges to Heritage Property listings, including classifications such as Conservation-Led, Community-Led, Sustainable Reuse, Building at Risk, Heritage Rescue or Building Preservation Trust.
Property badges cannot be purchased and are not determined by the listing plan selected. A free Heritage Listing may receive an appropriate editorial badge, while payment for Featured or Premium visibility does not guarantee one.
