Tiled Perfection is a specialist tiling practice based in Stanstead Abbotts, Hertfordshire, with more than 30 years’ experience in the installation, restoration and repair of traditional Victorian, Edwardian, geometric and encaustic tiled floors.
Historic floor restoration
The practice restores original period tiled floors in hallways, entrance spaces, porches and other interior and exterior locations. Existing floors are assessed before work begins so that damaged or missing areas can be repaired while retaining as much original material as possible.
Victorian and Edwardian tiled floors
Tiled Perfection specialises in traditional geometric layouts associated with Victorian and Edwardian buildings. Its work includes both the restoration of surviving floors and the installation of new period-style schemes designed to complement the character of historic and traditional properties.
Geometric and encaustic tiling
The company installs geometric and encaustic floor tiles using carefully planned patterns, borders and colour combinations. New installations can be tailored to individual buildings and spaces, from small entrance halls and porches to larger residential and public interiors.
Interior and exterior work
Services include entrance halls, kitchens, corridors and other internal floors as well as exterior paths, porches, entrance steps and front walkways.
Heritage experience
Tiled Perfection has worked on private residences, including Grade II listed properties and heritage sites, as well as public buildings. Its portfolio includes work at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
The company is also listed by Original Features as a specialist installer of traditional Victorian geometric tiled floors and undertakes work throughout London, Hertfordshire and the wider M25 area.
